The Cottage is attached to the owners' villa, though totally
self-contained with central heating for winter lets. Accommodation comprises
of; entrance hall, two twin bed rooms, lounge with two three seated sofas,
Satellite T.V & video. Bathroom with bath & shower The kitchen is well
equipped including fridge freezer, microwave &
washing machine. Bedrooms and lounge have fitted carpets. The lounge patio
doors open onto the private terrace and swimming pool
area which has sun beds barbecue, etc. Car parking is adjacent to the
Cottage.
In Burgau there is a sports
centre which has squash/ tennis courts and swimming pool.
Three superb golf courses are all within a 20 minutes
drive, Penina ,Palmares and Parque da
Floresta which also has a Health Studio and other
leisure/ sport
facilities.
There are many beaches within easy driving distance,
most have beach bars and there are excellent reasonably priced restaurants
in the area.
On arrival a WELCOME food pack is placed in the
Cottage, admittance from 3.00 p.m. and vacated by 11: 00 am on the day of
departure unless alternative times have been requested and agreed.

Car hire is advised and can be arranged on
request with pick up at Faro airport although there is a good taxi service
or very reasonably priced mini bus which can be booked on line
